Uh-oh! A HORRIFIC STORY. BLACK TEENS SHOOT BABY IN THE FACE! ZIMMERMAN APOLOGISTS HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR WEEKS AS A DEAD BABY SHIELD TO PROTECT THEIR "HERO." SO WHAT HAPPENS IF THE MOTHER AND THE FATHER WERE RESPONSIBLE? WILL THEIR APOLOGY GO EQUALLY VIRAL? Of course not. There will be silence. Http://Facebook/TheMarmelPage - - - Four months ago, the horrific shooting death of baby Antonio Santiago in Georgia and the subsequent arrests of two teen suspects made national headlines. Now, there is news that the hands of both the mother and father of the murdered baby, have tested positive for gunpowder residue. According to CBS News, the parents tested positive the same day the baby Santiago was allegedly murdered by the teens. Which has raised some deeply troubling questions; how did gunpowder get on the hands of the father Louis Santiago, who, according to the parents’ story—was not present during the shooting? Forensic reports states “This supports the possibility that [Louis Santiago] discharged a firearm, was in close proximity to a firearm upon discharge, or came into contact with an item whose surface bears GSR [gunshot residue]." Santiago is currently in jail on aggravated stalking charges for violating police orders to stay away from Sherry West. She said he went crazy after their baby was killed, accusing her of murdering the baby. This is the second time Santiago has been to jail for stalking. West reportedly explained away the residue on her hands, saying it must have gotten there when she tried to take away the gun from her alleged attackers. She also gave possible reasons for the gunpowder residue found on the baby’s father’s hands, saying that his visits to see her in hospital could have exposed him to it. This evidence was kept hidden until defense lawyer for one of the suspects, demanded it was handed over. The public was horrified when according to mom Sherry West of Brunswick, two black teens fatally shot her 13-month-old baby in the face and shot her in the leg during a botched robbery. The 42-year-old West told police that while on her way home from the post office March 14, two black boys tried to rob her. When she told them that she did not have any money, they shot baby Antonio in the face, then shot her in the leg before running away. A few days later, 17-year-old De’Marquis Elkins and his 15-year-old alleged accomplice Dominique Lang, were arrested for the crime and charged with murder. Their trail is set for August. Elkins’ defense lawyer Jonathan Lockwood claimed his client was innocent, adding that it was absurd to believe the young men would shoot and rob someone who had nothing. Additional arrests were made, including Elkins’ mother, 36-year-old Karimah Aisha Elkins and aunt Katrina Latrelle Elkins, 33. They were charged with making false statements. A gun was found but authorities have not said if it is the murder weapon. Police have not arrested or named any of the parents as suspects in their baby’s murder. Louis Santiago is not the only one accusing West of having something to do with her baby’s murder. Her own daughter has said she doubts her mother’s story. Her 21-year-old daughter, Ashley Glassey, said she didn’t want to wrongly accuse her mother but began having serious doubts about the version she has told police about the murder-robbery. Speaking to First Coast News, shortly after the shocking tragedy, Glassey, who lives in New Jersey, claimed her mother may have killed the baby for the insurance money. She said she started to question her mother’s account of what happened when she began giving conflicting stories. Glassey, who was taken away from her mother when she was 8, claimed she has forgiven West and started communicating regularly with her after the tragedy. She said it was during one of those conversations that her mother asked her about the insurance money soon after her baby was killed. Her mood swings were odd, her daughter said. Sometimes she would cry and other times act like nothing tragic had happened. West’s stories also seemed to change, her daughter said, telling FCN, "She changed her story she told me the baby was shot first and then she told me she was shot first." She added that she has contacted the Brunswick police but no one has called her back. Glassey also claimed her mother had mental problems and suffered from schizophrenia as well as being bipolar. This is West’s second child to die violently. Her 18-year-old son was stabbed to death in New Jersey in 2008. She told CNN Piers Morgan during an interview a few days after her baby’s murder that she wanted the teens to die for killing her toddler son. “A life for a life,” she said.
