Uh, sorry Department of Education, we spent all our money on very necessary Military spending, so your schools are falling apart, your kids cant get new textbooks, and your teachers and parents are responsible for all school and art supplies (and even facial tissue), but we kinda over-ordered these things, so Im sure you can find some use for this as your consolation prize.
