Uhuru and Ruto are only good at Political gimmicks which can not rivive our economy and make it a two digit economy.For both Ruto and Uhuru to get their personal ICC expenses paid from consolidated fund they need Mps.If both Ruto and Uhuru are not willing to cooporate with ICC they must get the support of Mps.In order to get their support they must give them what they want i.e 851,000 gross.It does not matter whether the Jubilee sychophants like it or not but what is at stake and that is not the welfare of ordinary Kenyan but their political interest.After all the sychophants will still vote for them.
