Uhuru and rutosalary deduction is a set up for Civil servant, it is only SRC which could reduce and alleged reduction is unconstitiutional, psychophants are already working on court papers to have it declared illegal and they will say, sio sisi, ni koti, on the other hand, SRC has lawfully initiated discourse with the public on public servants wage bill un-afordability and the depressed public will clamour for reduction and SRC will follow the law to ensure pay cut is effected, then the president and his deputy again will say, lets follow the law, it is not us, it is constitutional body which has discharged mandate.
