Uk Champs at Lindholme today and drew Beeches 3. A quick phone call to Martyn Leck for some info on my peg and his first word was snaggy.....you werent wrong mate!! Took ages to get a bite (40 mins) and managed to snare an odd fish until a few turned up shallow. Caught well for just over an hour and went down the edge and caught an odd fish from both there and shallow line until the end. Lost a shedload of hooklengths and luckily only trashed 3 rigs! Ended up with 46 kilos for fourth in section. 72 won my section, with 53 and 47 beating me into fourth.
