Ukraine - Russia: The whole truth ! - In two parts - Preamble : - The demonstrations had their origin in a failed and corrupt policies of the government . - The refusal to sign the Association Agreement with the EU and the move to Russia and actions of radical groups then led to escalations. - Mixing of Western politicians was inappropriate and counterproductive. - The provisional interim government is not privileged to make legally binding commitments or enter into contracts . - This is only possible if Ukraine has elected a new government and a new president in a democratic election . - Putin refuses to right with this not legitimated interim government , which is also occupied with radicals to lead negotiations. - The West of Ukraine expects the EU the better future prospects , during which the East will be geared more to Russia. - The Crimea , economically in a substantially better position than the east and far better than the west of Ukraine tends to autonomy. - According to State contracts between Russia and Ukraine , Russia can deploy a contingent of Russian troops in the Crimea. - There are 2 airports in the Crimea.
