I addressed our partners in the European Union with a request to call an emergency meeting of the Council of the European Union, where we must immediately discuss the situation in Ukraine. SCRIPT Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko called for an emergency meeting of the country’s security and defence council in the wake of what he alleges is the arrival of Russian troops into Ukraine.
