Ukraine news: At last perhaps, we may have a peace deal for the various factions and groups to start to sort something out - if they will agree, that is. The Organisation for Security and Cooperation In Europe (OSCE - an inter-governmental body which includes Russia and most European states as members) is trying to broker a deal to stop further violence and get the parties talking.
