Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia has the 2nd worst roads in the world (Moldova is first), and the air during winter is the most polluted in the world. It is just recently they introduced car insurance and licensing, anybody can turn his private car into a cab without need for documentation or yellow lines and 306 people died last year from accidents. Why the world paints Africa negatively I DONT KNOW. On a positive note however, coal mining makes it one of the fastest growing economies in the world, and it has more armored wide body vehicles (like the Hummer) than most cities in the world.
