Umeh was the National treasurer when chief Okwu was national vice chairman south, the next in command to Chekwas the national chairman. Chief Okwu left APGA when Umeh in a commando style organised a palace coup and ousted Chekwas. Chief Okwu returned to APGA when Umeh was removed and Alhaji Masalla became acting National chairman. So I wonder when and when Umeh signed chief Okwus party card. This confirms the level of confusion that has hit Umeh and his co spin doctors. Anyi Agaba.
