Umm...holy puke, faint and die CRAZINESS!!! 20 rounds of.... 20 sec deadmill sprints 25 medicine ball pushups 25 regular pushups 25 stability ball leg raises 25 arms crossed crunches ....and we totally KILLED IT in less than 80 minutes.
