Umm your thoughts folks . I gave out chocolates last week and a few mince pies but was asked in jest were was the wine ? In looking into it its a grey area . yes you are giving it away but on the other hand you are charging entry fees so could be deemed as charging for the wine? Secondly its the responsibility to the public if the person you gave the wine to had a accident or caused one you could then be held responsible for giving it to them . I know I gave it out at my evening but was in a licensed premises . So all I can do is wish you a merry Christmas and those who do bring drink with you enjoy but in case of any accidents the onus is on you not my show . Sorry to be a kill joy but when we cleared up last week a few wine bottles were found x
