Unanswered questions put to Wayne Allen Stoker, Jeanette Stoker Smiths Brother: Joe Stoker told Wayne Stoker to create the Stoker Family Trust in his final will. Never happened. Instead Wayne Stoker made himself King of the inheritance and anyone that was a family member that wanted to partake had to kiss Wayne Stokers ass and receive a promise of money. Lip service from the person that bragged about buying his degree at Mississippi State University. Same guy that bragged about it costing him $60,000 in legal fees to protect himself from lawsuits concerning his disregard for honoring his fathers will. Mississippi State is dishonored when you read this guys writing. Grammatical errors are abundant. Here is Wayne talking about Jeanette Stoker Smith: She fell at church knockedout a tooth cut her head sprained her wrist got stiches in her head She has many medical problems too many and complicated to try to describe She is ok nw doesn’t need a contractor thanks She tries to buy friends and help dope heads etc She needs to be where she can be care for but as I said I cann ot and will notlive with her. It was Hell traveling with her 3 weeks She will notlet me help her and Margarett or you can’t do it She needs to be where she will eat and take her med and someone be responsible for her NY OPENION She would tell me she did not want to go on a train ride and I would by pass it then she would get mad and tell me that wqas what she wanted to do most. She forgets can’t remember or make decisions she can’t fix herself a decent meql or eat righjt or take her med right and gives things to buy love. She needs more help than you me or Margaret can give. She does not feel any love or think she has any friends
