Unbelievable!! I pray for the cruelty and hatred that festers in the hearts of people that would do something like this to anyone, especially a person with special needs. I pray for this boy, that he is ok and has an outpouring of love and support. We need to be teaching our children to love others and to help others, especially those who with special needs and challenging circumstances. Yes, they need to be charged criminally!
