Unconscious telepathic action is always at work.. it is all around us and experience shows that very little effort is needed to bring it into normal waking consciousness. But it must be trained otherwise it becomes what is know as a wild talent... unreliable and uncertain in its action. People unconsciously send you telepathic messages, which aids in the human communication factor. Those more telepathically perceptive can also be deemed more socially savvy, although a wild talent is still a wild talent. Untrained and unaware of itself, a wild talent only brings wild results.
