Under 15s comfortably beat Grimsby Borough Titans 8-1 at the Sports Ground today. 7 Taylor 9 Zak 36 Chad 37 Everton George 37 Zak .........................Second Half 15 Everton George 17 Zak 23 James Despite the score Keelby started the game quite nervy and appeared to try too hard, and even though they scored 2 early goals the team didnt settle down. Neil asked for the ball to be played to feet and pushed out wide, and although the intention was there the execution didnt always come off, though when it did Keelby scored. In the first period Keelby spent the whole time in Titans half, though the away team did have more success in the second with balls over the top being helped by the strong wind. Really good performances from Will and Sam.helped to set-up Keelbys victory, not forgetting another hat-trick from Zak. The lessons to learn from this game are concentration and composure. The team must stay switched on throughout all the match, and when they have the ball they must relax and not rush the play. Well done again.
