Under 16s vs Troon Tornadoes 73-65 The third win in a row for the Under 16s saw our toughest competition yet against Troon Tornadoes. The first quarter saw Reign get off to a solid start with Stewart Morgan and Jake Sirrell scoring well to end the quarter up by 3 points. The second and third quarter were tougher for Reign with Troon and Scotland centre Ewan Lancaster showing his strength in defence and scoring. However Coach Wood lived up to his promise of giving good court time to all players and allowing development on the court, and we ended the third all tied at 47 all. Good defensive work from Jake and an excellent work ethic from Finlay Vipond stopped Troon getting further ahead. The final quarter saw the return of previously injured guard Craig Ferguson to add a sudden injection of pace and some great teamwork with Jake and a fantastic scoring run from Finlay saw Reign come out ahead by 8 pts.
