Under Obama, the White House was shut down (still shut down) last year. Several people and groups offered to fund the tours. Obama said no. This year Obama has, as part of the shut down, barricaded public open air monuments, at least one national park that is not funded by the NPS. Obama even ordered Mount Vernon shut down. The federal government does not own Mount Vernon. NPS provided an unattended parking lot which they were ordered to blockcade. These are actions of a vindictive man and I defy any of my liberal friends to try and justify these actions as those of a great leader.
