Under capitalist white supremacy, human beings (i.e. white people) have the right to legally capture, corral and slaughter animals (e.g. pigs, shrimp, crabs, Afrikans [Michael Brown, Jr., Tamir Rice, et al], chickens, cattle, fish) for profit. The confusion comes when Afrikans living under capitalist white supremacy mistake themselves for human beings and start making demands based upon the wrong-headed assumption that the laws and institutions created by human beings, for use by human beings, can somehow be re-tooled for the collective benefit of Afrikan people. *Said it before.
