Under the law, the pilot and co-pilot of MH 370 were in control of the plane and are responsible for what happened to the aircraft along with Malaysia Airlines. There’s no evidence that the aircraft was hijacked. There’s no evidence that the aircraft suffered any mechanical failure. In that case, the aircraft would have crashed where it was last reported over the South China Sea. The evidence is that the flight path was changed 12 minutes before the co-pilot, the last contact, spoke to the Airport Control Tower. The aircraft continued to fly until it ran out of fuel. There’s evidence that during this time the aircraft tried to evade radar detection.
