Understand how rediculous it is to allow others to define you as if they were Websters dictionaries. No one can tell you you are beautiful except you (though it makes it easier, of course) No one can tell you you are stupid but you. No man can drape you with labels unless you give away the power of self definition. You are totally free to choose your own ideas of who you are or who you would like to become. You are the one driving the bus. Where are you going? To a place of healthy self esteem and self confidence or to the library of social conditioning to find all the dictionaries other folks will inevitably make of you throughout your life? Its the human mind; theres nothing personal in it. It names and records; creates meaning, defines, stereotypes. Dont take what others say too seriously. Dont take your own thoughts too seriously. Thinking is a mechanical process of ordering chaotic reality to foster psychological security for the nonexistant self. Staying connected to source really means deriving your identity from the field of the immeasurable, the unknown, the nameless, the undefined and being able to maintain this state of consciousness on a regular or permanent basis. There is nothing to cling to or grasp; no, not one thing. No self to take offense or be reactive. Just timeless movement (process?) from the nowhere to the now here; burning up in living translucent fire; consumed by a love that leaves no traces. You can define or redine your self however you wish and thereby you define or redine your world. See the world as bad; this becomes your reality. See the universe as loving; that becomes your reality. In the deepest sense; in a way that dualistic language can never convey, you are the world and the world is you. At the same time, no big deal ok. :-p
