Undocumented migrant workers face a greater risk of rights deprivation due to a lack of access to social protection and services. Saudi Arabia will be providing a short amnesty period for legalizing undocumented Bangladeshi migrant workers residing there currently. With Saudi Arabia being one of the prominent labour receiving country for Bangladesh, this could provide migrant workers with greater rights and dignity in the workplace.
