Undoubtedly, Interstellar is a very intelligent film based on the aspects like the mystery of fifth dimension, quantum gravity, father-daughter bonding, etc. But it has some real illogical moments. First of all, Coopers daughter needs to be slapped. I mean dude your dad has gone for a mission and not on a honeymoon with his girlfriend leaving you to die alone starving. I understand you miss him and dont want him to go away, but understand that people do go for missions & its FINE. So for heavens sake, stop hating him & calling him names. Secondly, Cooper needs to be slapped too. Dude you have a son as well whom you dont give a shit about. All you care for is your daughter who doesnt even bother to send you a msg for years & when she does, she calls you a son of a bi*ch (lol). Now coming to the main plot of the film, I do understand the concern of scientists at NASA that they wanna save human species by shifting them to another galaxy through a wormhole. But I dont understand if youll spend all the money we have (itll seriously require ALL of our money to make this happen) in relocating, were gonna die anyway once we reach there because itll again require a lotta money to build civilization there but wed be bankrupt by then already. And saving human species motive is over-rated in the film. We might get extinct and then again life might find its way million years later, like the way it did millions of years ago too when we all evolved. They have no right to scapegoat a bunch of poor little souls to save all of us that too without their consent.. So these scientists reach an icy cold planet in search of life where they find a guy who came there earlier for the same mission & he turns out to be a bad-ass . How cliche was that!!! Who the hell built this fifth dimension and the wormhole? Some super advanced aliens or God or Superman? And if they are so advanced, why cant they save us without getting us into all this shit? How did Murph save us? Nothing has been told about all this in the movie. The plot of the film is based on the future but the robots looked like the ones IIT students make for their annual project. These people should take lessons on making an efficient and advanced looking robot from Ted Lawson from The Small Wonder series. I know many of you all have loved this film but I seriously feel with such good VFX, any film could look all flossy. May be we all have a mindset that English film hai to bohot achhi hai & so we get thrilled seeing some fair-skinned, light-eyed Rajnikant whos able to do possible anything & everything (ok you can kill me for this line but I wrote this in good humor...lol) PS.- Im not the only critic as many scientists have trashed all these illogical aspects.
