Unexpected Adventures....Horses....Trevor the Trailer!!! Our posts are a bit erratic due or either absent internet reception or sooo slow we could watch lichen grow. So Ill try to catch up here. Prior to Anna and Harold leaving Clover Hills there was momentary drama as we discovered the horses were GONE!!! In the evening they are secured with hobbles, a traditional and tried and true method of restraining then horse but still allowing to take small paces. One of them also has a large cow bell around its neck, then they are all placed in a small paddock made of an farming electric fence. It seems a large kangaroo hopped through the fence knocking it over or off the temporary electric fence posts put in each time we move. So the horses though yippee, more grass and ventured off into the paddock. Now as everyone is aware, Queensland not only had the big pineapple and the big banana, but also the BIG paddock. So big the cowbell was not audible!!!! The horses were eventually found as the sun was rising and all was well. Now not to be outdone, Trevor decided he needed a rest from usual activities as well. It wasnt until Andrew and I had hurtled off to Mena Park in an out of internet/phone range area that we noticed one of his four tyres was not only punctured, but completely wrecked!! What fun, which can be full appreciated in our Day: 21 podcast. So folks, all modes of transport have created all sorts of dramas!!!
