Unfinished Church has a wonderful opportunity to minister to this community on Sept. 20th in a street fair that will be held at the school park. (S. Ellen Jones) Sean T will also be sharing his ministry on stage along with several other artists. We can make a difference for Christ, in this one day, if we work together to accomplish His divine purpose for our ministry...Love God...Love people. Check the additional post to see what this is all about. With this in mind, there are a few things that need to be in place. 1. Find ice cream cups, lids, and wooden spoons. It would be great if we could get some donated. Need 1000 Need dimensions of the cups 2. Labels for the ice cream cups need to be made. 3. Ice cream mix bags need to be purchased. Some donated would be great. 4. Ice cream freezer needs to be tested to assure we can store in it. 5. Schedule needs set for making ice cream. Post a sign up sheet. This can be accomplished several ways. Who ever heads this up can set the plan. It would come together more efficiently if several people were there at one time. 6. Schedule needs set for street fair day workers to man the booth. Recruit 4-6 at a time to work for two hours. Time 8a-8p 7. Set Up crew 8am 8. Tear down crew 8pm 9. Dunking booth needs to be acquired 10. Church flyer needs to be created that has Road to Recovery group info included. Need 2000 copies 11. Church t-shirts need to be made ASAP If everyone helps, I know we can make this something great for the Kingdom. Please reply to this post with something you would like to take on.
