Unfortunately Squirt was being bullied at school and nothing was - TopicsExpress

Unfortunately Squirt was being bullied at school and nothing was being done about it - they just tended to turn a blind eye to what was happening or pass the buck. This is why, in the end I decided to take her out of school and teach her from home. This is only temporary until I can get her into our next chosen school. Home Schooling is not as easy as people seem to think but at least you dont have to stick to the National Curriculum which in some ways is a bonus. She is a very bright kid (and im not just saying that cos shes mine) and this made her a target with a certain pupil at her old school. When she was 8 she told some of my customers that she wanted to be the next Female Prime-Minister (naturally we all laughed). This didnt please her and she promptly told us she had written her own Manifesto. She read it out to us and we were all completely Gobsmacked. By the time she had finished reading it to us - she had us all ready to vote her into Parliament - IT WAS AMAZING!!!! She is now 12 and has since decided she would like to be a Photographer & Journalist for a National Newspaper (preferably a War Correspondent). She said she is quite happy to start at the bottom and work her way up the ranks. She will be learning the following subjects: English Literature / English Language / French Language / Media & Social Studies / Geography / Science / Mathematics / Computer Studies (windows 8) / Art & Design (incl Photography & Photoshop / Mental Wellbeing & Physical Education (incl Boxing) / Food Technology. It takes a great deal of time preparing all her work and took me a good couple of weeks to get into a routine but we are getting there and she is doing well. For all those interested in her progress - please support her page for her encouragement - THANKYOU. x
