Unfortunately because President Irene Woods from the TNA Australia said she doesnt want any part of our Light Up Teal campaign we lost a lightening request. We lost much more than that. We lost more TN Awareness On their website this is quoted Our Mission is to promote awareness of Trigeminal Neuralgia and other facial pain, amongst patients, families, the community and the medical and dental professionals who treat them Really? Is their mission to promote awareness just on their street?! The awareness theyre promoting, is it just as long as Irene Woods allow?! The Light Up Teal campaign is made up of TN & FP Sufferers around the world. Were sufferers asking for more awareness in hopes that the next person with facial pains dont go un-diagnose. More awareness is needed in hopes that one day well have a CURE. Awareness brings funding! This is just the beginning Ms Irene Woods! Its people like you who cant accept change and because hundreds of sufferers from a international community take upon themselves to bring awareness you had the audacity to decline. Irene Woods doesnt realize that she not only is suppose to represent her members in Australia but all TN Sufferers! Yes, Irene Woods I will make sure that the TN Communities, sufferers and caregivers know that Irene Woods of the TNA Australia only cares about Trigeminal Neuralgia awareness if she controls it!! Thank you Irene Woods for the negative awareness you have brought to others and also thank you for showing us that once again the true sufferers of Trigeminal Neuralgia and Facial Pain Disorders has to be their own advocate and fight for themselves. We waited way too long for people like you to do nothing!
