Unfortunately, impeachment will not cure or set right the damage this usurper has done to our nation. Only his arrest, trial and conviction for fraud has any hope of doing that. Even if he is impeached, every law he has signed, every Treaty he has brokered, and every Executive Order he has issued will remain in full force; Impeachment simply means that he has committed crimes against this Constitution for which certain punishments have been established -- but it does not prescribe any method to roll back laws enacted during his tenure. Impeachment doesnt address his eligibility to hold the office, but only his conduct while holding that office. While there is little chance of it actually happening, once he is declared to be an illegitimate office holder who was never eligible to hold the office of the president, the following actions can be taken: He will immediately lose all presidential immunity from arrest and prosecution for his crimes against the laws of the United States, or suit at equity for claims arising as a result of his usurpation of the Constitutional Office of the President; All of his Executive Orders will immediately become nothing more than scratch paper containing the rantings of a madman, with absolutely no force of Administrative law upon any branch or department of the United States government; Every Act of Congress, Treaty or Proclamation that he signed into law will immediately become null & void because he never had Constitutional authority to sign those Acts or other instruments into law; Every dollar that was spent on he, his wife and their daughters will become payable to the Treasury as ill gotten gains, and all of his assets will be frozen against those claims. Unfortunately, none of us or our children will live to see this happen. Obama has amassed so much power, and grown this tyrannical government to such a point that nothing but bloody, widespread and full-scale revolution will have any hope of righting these wrongs.
