Unfortunately it is an end to my Oreo era. I have been staying away from wheat as much as possible to see if my knees would stop hurting, which they did. I put wheat back in my diet the last few days and went on a normal run today and my knees are killing me. So no more wheat which means no more Oreos. I appreciate all the support I received: the countless packs of Oreos at my door, pictures of Oreos with the caption "I thought of you," and the constant flow of Oreo related posts on my fb wall. It was great while it lasted but now we must part ways. Goodbye, Oreos.
