Unhappy clients due to a builder not completing the house on time. Suppose to close tomorrow and there is a weeks worth the work to be done not to mention not much work was completed during contract period. Clients have to be moved out of their apartment by tomorrow and costing them more money for a rate lock extension. We are all about customer service and I wish I could fix all of this but we are at the mercy of the builder. Bad business in a small community Mr. Builder. SMH.
