Uniforms - our parents are awesome!! Thank you all that came to pick up uniforms. Thank you to iUniforms for coming with 12 smiling team members to help our families. In addition to some needed process improvements being made, some things we learned: - Everyone is welcome at anytime during the event. However, those that waited until at least the 2nd hour had little or no wait. By the 3rd, there were more service people than parents. Advice: to save your time, allow the early birds to dissipate by coming later - if parents have some time and can be patient, exchanges are very quick. If you need a different size, simply mark your form, drop in box and exchanges return in a few days. Not every item, in every size, will be available for exchange on pickup day. - make your purchases at least 2 days before pickup day. There is no on site shopping. - finally, remember, Franklin Academy values character and we strive to model the character we hope to teach. Please do not allow any frustration you may experience to be taken out the friendly uniform workers, much less in front of your children and others.
