Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released its notification for recruitment in 509 Various Vacancies in Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy and Officers Training Academy through CDS Exam which is to be conducted on 2nd February 2014. Candidates who are eligible for CDS Exam can apply online from 2nd November 2013 to 2nd December 2013. OF VACANCIES AGE LIMIT EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Indian Military Academy 250 Unmarried Male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 1991 and not later than 2nd January 1996 Candidates must possess Degree from a recognized University Indian Naval Academy 40 Unmarried Male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 1991 and not later than 2nd January 1996 Candidates must possess Degree in Engineering Air Force Academy 32 Unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 1992 and not later than 1st January 1996 Candidates must possess Degree from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering Officers Training Academy (Men) 175 Male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 1990 and not later than 1st January 1996 Candidates must possess Degree from a recognized University Officers Training Academy (Women 12 Unmarried woman should have been born not earlier than 2nd January 1990 and not later than 1st January 1996 Candidates must possess Degree from a recognized University Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written exam and interview. Only the candidates qualifying the written exam will be called later for interview. The schedule for interview will be released after exam result by UPSC. The Application Fee is Rs 200/- for General and OBC Candidates which has to paid by Cash in SBI and its Associate Banks branches or Net Banking of SBI and its Associate Banks. Moreover, Fees can also be paid through Visa/ Master Credit or Debit Card. NOTE : SC/ST/Female candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
