United Bank Experiencing Problems with Online Banking Access SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB) — United Bank is having technical difficulties with their online banking tonight preventing customers from being able to log on. Company representative, Adam Jeamel says, “We are aware that some of our customers experienced issues with their accounts today and our online banking is currently offline as we resolve the issue. We have a team working on it right now to quickly resolve the matter to ensure impacted customers’ accounts are updated.” No word yet on when those repairs will be complete or when customers will be able to conduct online banking. United Bank reports that transactions can still be made at ATMs and their branches. “We want our customers to know that our top priority is to always provide a first-class banking experience,” notes Jeamel who goes on to say, “If there are ever customer issues, we take them seriously and work diligently to find a solution like we are doing at this time.” The technical difficulties have been happening for hours now according to one customer who contacted us.
