Uniting, inspiring, and clever speech at a time when America needs - TopicsExpress

Uniting, inspiring, and clever speech at a time when America needs to be so, even though it could go even further as humanists. President Obama standing there is historical and an epic, celebrated achievement of Americas healing, justice, educational system, and democracy all should be proud of. The racist right wingers that create lies (i.e. trying to disprove his birth certificate) and blocks can suck it via the mention of his Grandparents that served in WWII and his veto power. Since 2001, I have been advocating reclaiming the middle class and for many years ending a dependence on fossil fuels (especially foreign) while shifting to alternative energy. It gladdens my heart he listened to many of us. Im glad he elevated relevancy of sciences decades long warnings on climate change (hopefully not too late), promoting how this is a unified international effort with Chinas achievements, while Germany and Denmark also lead in wind power. I hope other nations currently isolating themselves will join that effort by generously sharing innovative solutions that will bring us together again (i.e. Solutions from space, antidotes for radiation poison and plastic in the oceans). Blessings to unmentioned organizations like Pachamama Alliance that need support for the work they do to help those already stewarding biodiversity that creates well-being for the entire planet, habitat protection/restoration, and helping to create other opportunities instead of oil profits to handle debt. Im sure many will criticize he didnt mention justice for war crimes by past leaders, however he did mention ending torture, more carefully specific use of drones, leaving the Afghanistan war (although reparations via education, food, & health care are needed), the wisdom of diplomacy to prevent war, and stopping the spread of fanatical violence to protect free speech and the freedom to love in this diverse human family. As humans we are stronger by peace, health, education, and generous hearts. Thank you, President Obama. Blessings to all!
