Universal Surveys is a well known Market research firmed, no they dont hire just everyone, they have a lot of professional people working there such as writers, teachers, professors, and sociologist specialized in surveys and statistics. In order for you to work there you have to have some kind of experience with surveys, computer IT work and Microsoft and excel, plus you have to know data entry and be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm, must read verbatim and have good reading and people skills. No it is not really salary based, but mostly a pay for study and experienced kind of thing mostly commission based depending on your production rate, it is a great part time job and yes some studies pay less and some pay a little more for the English only speakers, now the Bilinguals that can speak more then one language can get pay anywhere from 9 or 10 dollars an hour plus depending on the study. This is a part time job mostly for people who understand about social research and can speak more than one language and its passionate about what they do. They have entry level positions as well as managerial positions but they hire from the inside so you have great potential to grow with the company. I know I am bilingual and a Sociologist and this has been my part time for years plus they pay me a decent salary every two weeks. Yes we call people, but that is part of Market research and Poll investigations, we conduct a lot of political, private and public sectors Research and also we Service Banks, And yes in must of the Research we do , do not fall under do do-not call list because of the fact that we conduct statistical polls for the betterment of the communities and we dont cell anything only ask for mostly public sector investigative research opinions.
