University Of Port Harcourt Post UTME Portal 2013/2014 POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Candidates who chose University of Port Harcourt as their 1st and/or 2nd choice in the 2013 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), with a score of 180 and above, are invited to a Screening Exercise as indicated below. Candidates who chose Physiology as their programme of study are hereby informed that they could be admitted into other/related areas of study, subject to acceptable performance. Alternatively, they should contact other Universities for admission into Physiology and contact the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for further directives. Details of the Exercise are as follows: Date Time Faculty Monday, 22nd July, 2013 7.00 am Management Sciences Tuesday, 23rd July, 2013 7.00 am Humanities/Science Wednesday, 24th July, 2013 7.00 am Engineering/ Medicine and Surgery/ Dentistry/ Anatomy/ Nursing Thursday, 25th July, 2013 7.00 am Social Sciences/Education/Pharmacy/Agriculture IMPORTANT DATES 25th June – 17th July, 2013 - Registration 22nd – 25th July, 2013 - Screening Exercise Registration Procedure First Choice Candidates should Input UTME Registration Number and confirm preloaded UTME details Second Choice Candidates should enter personal and UTME details Login with your UTME Registration Number and password that will be displayed on the screen after registration to make payment via Interswitch or eTranzact - A copy of your login detail will also be sent to your email. Printout payment slip and proceed to any of the Bank Branches listed on the Registration Procedure or the payment slip and make payment of N1,000.00 (excluding bank and access charges) Login with your UTME Registration Number and password, click on payment and select eTranzact to verify the Confirmation Order on the payment slip and upload your recent (not more than six months) full-faced passport photograph- Preferably the same passport used in your UTME registration. Click on submit button and print Photo-card If you are a first choice candidate, to register for second choice you can use the button on the top-right-corner after login, you will only need to enter your faculty and department since every other details remain the same including passport No candidate should travel because of payment, all listed Banks will collect and process payment Nationwide. There are few Banks on the University Campus so we encourage students to pay anywhere they are for convenience using Etranzact platform in the Banks. If you have any issues please use the online ticket, it will be displayed at the top-right-corner after login – No student will be attended to at the ICT Center. Your ticket will be resolve within 24 hours. Click here to register MATERIALS NEEDED FOR POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE Candidates are required to come with the following: A clear copy of Photo-card printed online. Writting materials and non-programmable calculator. (optional) NOTE: Candidates’ names on their O’Level certificates and JAMB results must be same with what is filled on the Post-UTME form. Mobile phones, walkman, ipod, ipad and similar gadgets are not allowed into the screening venue. Candidates must apply within the registration period as the link for the Application Forms will be disabled at mid-night; 15th June Candidates must report to Screening Venues by 7.00am each day. Parents and guardians, as well as uninvited security agents, will not be allowed into the Campus on the days of the Screening Exercise.
