University counsel provided notice of petitioning the federal court for removal of the Maricopa lawsuit for reason of diversity of jurisdiction. ONeal v University of Phoenix et al, CV-14-091086, (Maricopa Superior Court). Counsels represent to the federal court its removal pleading is timely since the Maricopa lawsuit was filed on 09/09/2014 contrary to Clerk of Court records which indicate 07/28/2014. I serviced the University through Tennessee statutory agent on 09/09/2014 contrary to counsels representations as to when the lawsuit was filed. Counsels received a courtesy notice of the Maricopa lawsuit on 07/24/2014. Counsels petition for removal over sixty days later contrary to federal court rules apparently to buy time for responses to the first amended complaint inter alia. Counsels were aware when the Maricopa was filed on 07/28/2014 based upon the above information and therefore are not entitled to federal court removal. Counsels are also aware I am seeking a formal hearing to contest their letter on behalf of the University denying modification of academic records and did not respond to multiple e-mail inquiries regarding the matter including todays. Counsels are apparently desperately seeking to buy time and evade having to answer the first amended complaint inter alia. Spirit Always,,,,,
