University of BRISTOL MUN 2014: Hey all! As I mentioned in our AGM this year, Bristol MUN14 Conference is hosting their own conference this year and were preparing a delegation. IF you wish you be a part of our last academic conference this year then give us a shout before this Thursday 3rd April. BristolMUN is a two day conference and shall be running from 3rd-4th May this year. Just to remind that the official handover is on 11th April 2014. We shall keep you all posted as soon as we have all of you on the union system as the officers and when the new committee takes over. Congratulations team for a wonderful year! A society is not a society without its members so thank you all for your valuable contributions to the society and our own conference, whether it be in the capacity of a delegate, a chair or a secretariat member you have been AH-MAAZ-ING. We all value your participation and we expect the UNSCU family to grow even bigger next year! A special mention to our honorable members who shall not be with us next year (Chris Boudin, Tooba Kazmi, George Kyrke-Smith, Nada Ihab, Blanca Ruan, Shona Traynor and our very own Mohanvir Singh). They have been very actively involved with the successful running of the society and have contributed a lot to our inaugural conference as well. Im very proud of you guys and I know where ever you will be next year you will shine! Good luck you guys for year abroad, work or even if it is for travel, youre definitely going to be missed next year and I know we will have a reunion conference soon! We have earned A LOT as a society and as a Cardiff University delegation this year in the MUN circuit. The only thing I crave is a Best small/large delegation award for Cardiff and I see it in BristolMUN 2014. :D If we received enough interest (10-15 delegates) by Thursday, Ill negotiate with the union to get us a coach for BristolMUN weekend. On top of that, well see if we can subsidize the cost of per delegate participation fee from our society funds as well! So bring it on people, LETS INVADE BRISTOL ONE LAST TIME before we finish this!
