University of Oregon ASQ Research Opportunity for parents and child care providers See details below: Ajay Singh, researcher is conducting ongoing research under Professor Jane Squires in the Early Intervention Program at the University of Oregon to support the developmental assessment of young children – specifically the ages of 66 months to 78 months (5 ½ to 6 ½ year olds). He needs your help! Who can participate: Families or child care providers with children ages 66 months up to 78 months? (Can be in Oregon or any other State) How to Participate: Complete up to 4 questionnaires based on the age of the child – go to this website: asq.uoregon.edu/6YearASQ.php Incentive: $5.00 for the 6 year ASQ, $15 for the 6 Year and a subset of items of the CDI, and $25 for the 6 year ASQ, a subset of items of the CDI and a subset of items of the BDI-2.
