Unknown to many people why the Malaysia Agreement 1963 could not/cannot be adopted into the constitution (malaysia). This is because the Federation of Malaya Agreement 1957 must first be abolished and be replaced with the Malaysia Agreement 1963. This was never and could not be done on malaysia day - 16 September 1963. Why was this not and could not be done? If the Federation of Malaya Agreement 1957 was/is abolished , then this will set free the 11 states of Malaya ; each become free to leave and be independent. The oil rich states of Kelantan and Trengganu will be too anxious to take control of all their oil wealth like Brunei and the industrially developed states like Penang, Selangor and Johore would spring up to independence in the like of Singapore as a good example.
