Unless you have been living under a rock since Christmas, you might have noticed the local nerd/gamer populace gnashing their teeth in frustration as they are unable to access their games. This was the result of an unsophisticated, but largely effective attack by a group of troublemakers known as Lizard Squard. The gaming networks have been trickling back online the past few days (accompanied by heaving sighs of relief) and it looks as though some members of this group have caught the attention of our government. It will be interesting to see if they face any repercussions for ruining a good bit of fun this holiday season.
