Unlike a lot of people, I dont know what happened to Michael Brown. I dont know what Officer Wilson did. But I do know this: in some places, theres different rules for a person if they are black, female or Latino, or as I have personally found out, Jewish. I know that in some places, some police think they have more power than they really do. I know a lot of cops, and I think highly of them. But they know there are bad apples among them and they occasionally talk about them. I refuse to grab a pitchfork and head for Ferguson. I also refuse to say this saga is over. The U.S. Department Of Justice could easily repeat the grand jury process. Id welcome the chance to know what the grand jury knows and make up my mind for myself. In the interim, as I have said, I pray for both peace and justice fervently. They are not mutually exclusive. At least not in America. Prove me right, Ferguson.
