Unlike our North London rivals, we havent stayed for 8 years without a trophy, unlike our West London noise makers, we didnt wait for 50 years without a league title, just as we havent struggled to come a distant third in the past two seasons in the league. Unlike our North West detractors, we havent stayed for 21 years without a league title. Unlike our noisy, nosy, lousy and silly neighbours, we are not boasting of just two major trophies in 40 years just as we havent spend crazy billions on some expensive toys without commensurate results. We only had a few bad results within some few days and the fans of the afore-mentioned clubs are making it look as if we are close to being as bad as they have been. They are making it look a crisis- situation where there is none. Yet, we have been ruling this country for centuries. We have dominated the EPL since its inception. We have consistently determined where it goes and since 1993, we have hardly fallen out of the top two. In the past 5 seasons, we have won three, losing one on the last day by a point and losing the other at the very last minute by goal difference. And the last one we won, we gave all our enemies a respectable distance. Haba Mallam! Check the facts. We are not proud. Arrogance is not in our blood, we are just better than you and we want you to give us our due respect. Moreso, we are the current champions of the most exciting, the most followed sport competition on earth, the Barclays Premier League. We have a remarkable history, unmatchable trophy haul as well as a tremendous profile and size. We are just too big to be written off so early in the title race.
