Unlike people charged with criminal offences, the victims of the DWP have no access to legal aid or proper legal representation of any kind. The unemployed, single parent families and the sick and disabled have been subjected to a vast campaign of British state criminal fraud and human rights abuses and there is nothing any of them can do to protect themselves never mind taking the DWP to court to seek some kind of legal redress. Nothing. Hence the reason the UN is now carrying an investigation into the British Governments human rights abuses of disabled people. The first time the UN has ever investigated a government for such crimes. Amnesty International UK is also carrying out an investigation into claims of British Government human rights abuses against disabled people too.
