Lividity markings over body, and position of death rigour mortis....indicated he was moved. 8. Also lack of water logged effect, i.e. washer womans handles...wrinkles, that he was not in the brook long. 9. still in rigour, could not have walked to the brook, had to have been moved, because it takes time for rigour to set it, and Clayton was not in the brook long, but died before being placed in brook. 10. Doctor I. states he did various procedures, he did not, he has been called out in his actions in the second Autopsy, he did not dissect all four lobes of the lungs, but only one, he did not dissect the radial tree, the coronary arteries.11. by far understated the injuries to Claytons body, there are clear indications of foot marks (boots/footware) on Claytons clothing, back and front as well as lividity marks on his skin to say he was kicked numerous times, these are seen in photographs and lividity markings. 12.Ive not seen the X-rays, but it seems difficult to believe that some of Claytons ribs were not broken/cracked ,as it looks as though someone stood on his chest....the imprint of the boots can be seen clearly, because these impressions can be seen, assumedly the blows were significant. 13. several of Claytons teeth were discovered to be missing, unsure which teeth, however he had perfect dentation and the teeth were lost before death as per sulphite staining in mouth around where the teeth were missing, this indicates that the teeth were freshly lost. (Sulphite staining caused from embalming procedures) speculating and judging from the bruising on left side of face chin area, Id say this is the area from where the teeth were lost, unknown which teeth as not charted in Second Autopsy.. This can be compared with Dental X-rays that Clayton had perfect teeth before leaving for the party. This is not noted in the first Autopsy. 14. Clayton had to have blood on his clothing, although the RCMP have cleaned his clothes, however, there maybe some on his shoes and remaining on his clothes (likely no DNA but certain indications of blood), and since Clayton is being kicked, he likely was unable to fight back, and his arms do not have defensive bruising and injuries, in fact the lack of defensive wounds makes one wonder if Clayton was conscious while being kicked? Horrible thought, but very few defensive wounds, it seems he was either on the ground or on his knees while being kicked. There is much more to add, but my hands are needed elsewhere. Clayton most definitely did not get intoxicated at the party fall down drunk, get up and walk to the brook, fall in and die of hypothermia. Yes he mayve died from hypothermia, but that is because he was beaten, hit on the head in another place, and placed in the brook a few hours before being found! There are too many mistakes and errors (which are not all mentioned here) to believe this Autopsy was preformed by a competent Doctor, or not done under duress, there are only two choices here, he didnt know what the heck he was doing or he was lying. Dumb or duress. No matter which way, the Autopsy is a shame in the first instance, and the Autopsy of Clayton Miller is a shocking and brutal miscarriage of justice. Someone needs to step up to the microphone in a court room and tell the Public (Millers) exactly what went on that night, there is no Dr. I to protect you, his errors have been laid exposed, there is no more hiding from the truth. The Jigs Up! Someone beat Clayton, someone did not get Clayton the medical help he need, allot of people are suborning perjury here. Justice in Nova Scotia in Canada is not just for a few, it is for Clayton Miller too. Justice for Clayton Miller. Keep in mind, every member of the Legislature of Nova Scotia, Council in Sydney, Senate members from Nova Scotia, and the Minister of Justice federally and provincially and the Prime Minister have been sent this information, and consequently Ms. Lena Diab, Minister of Justice forwarded the Autopsy Review to Dr. Matt Bowes, Medical Examiner for review because of the inconsistencies noted above. We await the full review of Dr. Bowes who has access to modern technology and a state of the art forensic facility. 5 hrs · Edited · Like · 9
