Unlimited access rarely occurs in our world. Arent you grateful the Lord our God places no restrictions on those who desire access to Him? In sending Jesus Christ as our Savior, our heavenly Father opens the avenue to His throne. We encounter no Keep Out signs when we come to our God in faith and trust. By His death and resurrection Jesus Christ opens the way to all who receive Him. Forgiveness is given to all who trust and believe in Him as Savior. Come to Me is Jesus invitation to us. No past wrongs can keep us out; no blocked pathways hinder our access. By faith in Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord, we enjoy unlimited access to our God, for through His Son our God knows us to be His children. The door to one year closes very soon. The door to a new year opens in a few days. But the door to our God is always open to us through the Christmas Gift of Jesus Christ. PRAYER: Gracious Father, because You have created us anew by Your Holy Spirit, accept us, the works of our hands, and all that we have. Help us at all times to entrust our lives into Your care. Receive our praise and thanksgiving as You have brought us through another year. Make us to be more like Christ and keep us always in this Christian faith. Hear our prayers for all those we know to be ill or in need of strength and recovery. Bless our families and all those we love, for Jesus sake we pray this. Amen.
