Unnati was one of the panelists in the the 4th Annual ’ First Givers Summit’ organised by Give India. It was a wonderful opportunity where Unnati showcased its presentation on Livelihoods. Eminent and prospective philanthropists attended the “First Givers Club” summit in Mumbai run by the online philanthropic donation forum GiveIndia. It was even more heartening since the presentation was in front of an august gathering ,which included the likes of Padma Bhushan Subramaniam Ramadorai,Chairman National Skill Development Agency(NSDA), Padma Bhushan Narayanan Vaghul,Former Chairman ICICI Bank, Padma Bhushan M.V.Subbiah,Former Chairman of the Murugappa Group & the National Skill Development Corporation, Mr.Harsh Mariwala,Chairman and Managing Director of Marico, Sri Ramesh Bhai Kacholia,Caring Friends,Mumbai and other prominent personalities. It is a matter of great pride to us that the Unnati program was already quite well known among the august gathering and they had great words of appreciation for the program. Coming from such eminent personalities, who have done so much of research in the field of skill development, definitely means a lot to us. They shared a lot of insights with us and we are sure that all these inputs will help us scale Unnati operations, across the country.
