Until these type of shootings are caught on surveillance tape,,,(not the police car camera) majority of the time, the cop will get off. Without actual evidence, it leave the benefit of doubt to the imagination, and these grand jury people tend to side with the law enforcement in these matters. Who is the grand jury, people who never had felonies, voters aka law abiding citizens Why should someone with no law experience, no prior or proof of experience in dealing with society issues, should be allowed make a such complicated decision. I believe you should have to study on how to be a on jury and they should get paid like if it was a government job. At least that person will be trained and know the issues vs a random no felony having voter. Our system is flawed, old and needs to be redesign. Im giving real solutions, real suggestions to put an end to this injustice within the justice system.
