Until when we, Kenyans start thinking differently and also our leaders cease to see when you comment on processes of doing things, you are killing devolution or their leadership. Facts must be distinguished from fictions, unreal from real, etc. We must put new wine into new wineglass. Even if we launch good strategic plans or preach good doctrine on corruption will be of no effect. President and governors must put men and women in the executive whose creed is not greed, show integrity, seek christian teleology, common good. Public service commission in the national government should be overhaulled as what they were doing yet ghost workers do exist? Also staff rationalisation has not been done? So far I will be interested and satisfied to see law passed to earn life imprisonedment for who found guilty of stealing public funds while others earning heavy sentences. Only this can show how our president is serious about corruption. Like what poachers are done.
