Up 32 down 32 in 6 weeks so no more post- baby weight loss statuses...pics will come though :P ....NOW to put some back on! Lost some muscle along the way ( we did our best to train and lift heavy but baby and me got tired at the last 6-8 weeks of pregnancy and only got in a few workouts...she was busy growing !) I know 1000 percent that training and eating well is what kept Isabella super healthy, my blood pressure perfect and kept us strong for a drug free delivery ( ummm yes it hurt more than I can say but we did it) Recovery has been a breeze and I was back to a bit of light training ( 2 days week) 3 weeks ago! Sooooooooooo for all you moms forty and over ( and under lol) who are having babies...I strongly recommend that you train regularly and take extra great care of yourself! Those 10 months of pregnancy, labour and recovery will be so much better for both you, both and the entire family! Pay for the extra good vitamins...Materna are not good enough (sorry if this offends anyone) Take fishoils for your babies brain and your wellbeing, folic acid for early development, drink lots of pure water, get enough protein in your diet , spinach will give you lots of iron and train with weights :D You are responsible for everything you do while your baby is growing...it is worth the extra care :D Your baby will be so much healthier, stronger and smarter!!!
